High temperature series


Aramid fiber is developed by dupont which is a new type of aramid fiber composite material(aramid 1414). It has a series of excellent properties,such as high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistant, acid and alkali resistant, low weight, good insulation and aging resistant. The intensity is 5 to 6 times compared with steel wire, 2 to 3 times of modulus,and twice when it comes to toughness. The weight is only about 1/5 of wire,and that it does not decomposed and melting at the temperature of 560 degrees. The discovery of aramid fiber material is considered to be a very important historical process.

3.Permanent chemical resistant.
4.High strength, high cut resistant, high tear resistant.
5.Aramid fiber is no molten drop on fire and does not produce toxic gas.
6. When the fabric on fire, it will thickening, not broken and enhance sealing property.

316L stainless steel

316L stainless steel fiber can endure more than 360°C in high temperature for a long time as well as still maintain its original physical and mechanical properties of the fiber.The highest temperature can reach 1100 degree in which the fiber will not be soft and still sustain normal mechanics proprety,so called heatproof fiber.
