Uhmwpe Webbing
UHMWPE (Ultra High molecular weight polyethylene) webbing is a very powerful webbing. Compared to webbing made of traditional fibers, UHMWPE webbing is stronger, lighter and thinner. It is widely used in products requiring high strength and low scalability, and is suitable for applications where there is a risk of corrosion. It also offers excellent resistance to mold, UV damage, wear, acid and grease, making it ideal for a wide range of durable outdoor product applications. At the same time, depending on specific customer needs, a wide range of ribbon patterns and multi-color mixes can be selected to match the application scenario of the final product.
Features of UHMWPE webbing
1. Strength is about 40 percent higher than twice as high as carbon fiber, it is the world’s highest intensity fiber present;
2. Low density: 0.96, lighter than water;
3. Anti-cutting, thermal stability generally,melt point: ≥150 ℃
4. Elongation: 3.5%-5%
