Aramid Fiber

Aramid fiber is a high-performance synthetic fiber known for its exceptional strength, modulus, and heat resistance,it plays a vital role in many high-end applications. Aramid fiber, known as "aromatic polyamide fiber" in full, is a new high-tech Synthetic fiber, which has excellent properties suchas ultra-high strength, high modulus, high temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, light weight, etc. Its strength is5-6 times that of steel wire, modulus is 2-3 times that of steel wire or glass fiber, toughness is twice that of steel wire, andits weight is only about 1/5 of that of steel wire. At 560 ℃, it does not decompose or melt. It has good insulation and anti-aging performance, and has a long life cycle. This material has excellent properties such as low density, high strength, good toughness,high temperature resistance,easy processing and molding, and is now widely used as a high-tech fiber material in various industries such as outdoor, aerospace, electromechanical, construction, automobiles, sports goods, etc

Carbon fiber

Carbon fiber is mainly composed of carbon elements, with characteristics such as high temperature resistance, friction resistance, thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance. Its appearance is fibrous, soft, and can be processed into various fabrics. Due to the preferred orientation of its graphite microcrystalline structure along the fiber axis, it has high strength and modulus along the fiber axis direction. Carbon fiber has a low density, therefore it has a higher specific strength and specific modulus. The main use of carbon fiber is as a reinforcing material to composite with resins, metals, ceramics, and carbon, making advanced composite materials.

PBO fiber

PBO fiber is short for poly (p-phenylene benzoxazole) fiber. As a high-performance fiber in the 21st century, PBO has excellent physical, mechanical, and chemical properties. Its strength and modulus are twice that of aramid fibers, and it also has the heat and flame retardant properties of meta aramid fibers. Moreover, its physical and chemical properties completely surpass aramid fibers, which are currently leading in the field of high-performance fibers. One PBO fine wire with a diameter of 1 mm can lift a weight of 450 kilograms, and its strength is more than 10 times that of steel wire fibers. The strength, modulus, heat resistance, and flame resistance of PBO fibers, especially the strength of PBO fibers not only exceeds that of steel fibers, but also surpasses that of carbon fibers. In addition, PBO fiber has excellent impact resistance, friction resistance, and dimensional stability, and is lightweight and soft, making it an extremely ideal textile raw material.

PI Fiber

PI fiber is a high performance synthetic fiber known for its excellent heat resistance, mechanical properties and chemical stability. PI fibers have good spinnability and can be made into textiles for a variety of special applications. PI fiber has high and low temperature resistance, flame retardant, non-melting, self-extinguishing and excellent temperature insulation. PI protective clothing is comfortable to wear, good skin fit, permanently flame retardant, and dimensionally stable, safe, and long service life. Compared with other fibers, due to the low thermal conductivity of the PI fiber itself, so it is also an excellent thermal insulation material.
