Aramid 3A Fabric

The composition of Aramid 3A fabric is mainly a blend of three fibers, with a specific ratio of 93% meta aramid , 5% para aramid and 2% conductive fibers. This fabric, named for its composition ratio, is permanently flame-retardant, anti-static, anti-arc, high strength, resistant to washing, chemicals and corrosion. Aramid IIIA fabric, as a functional safety protection fabric, has the characteristics of high strength, wear resistance, excellenthigh-temperature resistance, heat resistance, and flame retardancy, and has a permanent flame retardant effect. Protectiveclothing made of aramid IIIA fabric does not burn, melt, shrink, or smoke when exposed to fire. Especially when exposed to hightemperatures, the fabric quickly carbonizes and thickens, forming a unique insulation barrier to protect the wearer. We can customize the color, weight, and other aramid IIIA fabric specifications according to customer needs for processing and production, and can also be combined with various functions such as moisture absorption, sweat wicking, oil and water resistance to improve protective performance and comfort.

Aramid Aluminum Coating Fabric

Aramid Coated Aluminum Fabric, made of non-flammable Aramid yarn and Aluminum coating. The fabric is fireproof, very tear-resistant,extremely low stretching, dimensionally stable, abrasion-resistant and robust. Particularly suitable as trunk cover, Fireproof Cloth Protective clothing Labor Protection Mechanical Arm Protective Sleeve and industrial high-temperature operation protection. Aramid Coated Aluminum Fabric has a very high heat resistance. It has a melting point of 930 degrees (F) and doesn't start to lose strength until 500 degrees (F). After adding a Aluminum coating, the temperature resistance is stronger and waterproof treatment can be customized.Aramid Coated Aluminum Fabric is also highly resistant to acids, alkalis and organic solvents.

Aramid Felt

The Aramid Felt Fabric is made of aramid fibers processed and bonded by needle punching machine (not interwoven with warp and weft). The main features of aramid felt are as follows: 1. Rich in elasticity, it can be used as a material for shock resistance, sealing, lining, and elastic steel wire needle cloth bottom felt; 2. Good adhesion performance, not easy to loosen, can be cut into various shapes of parts; 3. Good insulation performance,aramid felt can be used as insulation material; 4. Aramid Knitted Fabric

Aramid knitted fabric is woven from aramid blended yarn, which has high strength, wear resistance, excellent high temperature resistance, flame retardant and fire retardant properties, and is soft and comfortable. Aramid knitted fabric is widely used in the fields of firefighting, metallurgy, aerospace, aviation, etc. for personnel's underwear, shoes and socks, headsets, clothing lining, etc. Aramid knitted fabric have characteristics such as soft texture, moisture absorption and breathability, sweat wicking and warmth retention, and most of them have excellent elasticity and stretchability. Compared to woven fabrics, it has the characteristics of high yield and is suitable for small batch production. Knitted clothing is comfortable to wear, fits snugly to the body, has no tightness, and can fully reflect the curves of the human body. We can produce different weight aramid knitted fabrics or blended knitted fabrics by dyeing fibers with original solution or using dyeing methods according to customer needs.

Aramid Mesh

Aramid Mesh Fabric made of non-flammable Aramid yarns. Aramid Mesh Fabric is very tear-resistant, extremely low stretching, dimensionally stable, abrasion-resistant and robust. Particularly suitable as wire rope replacement, tensioning cable, control cable, pull rope or in areas with high demand on breaking load, abrasion-resistance, light-resistance and resistance to "creep" (time- and temperature-dependent, plastic deformation under constant load). Aramid Mesh Fabrichas a very high heat resistance. It has a melting point of 930 degrees (F) and doesn't start to lose strength until 500 degrees (F). Aramid Mesh Fabric is also highly resistant to acids, alkalis and organic solvents. Other diameters and spools are available by special order.  

Aramid Silver Coated Fabric

Aramid Silver Coated Fabric, made of non-flammable Aramid yarn and Silver coating. The fabric is fireproof, very tear-resistant,extremely low stretching, dimensionally stable, abrasion-resistant and robust. Particularly suitable as trunk cover, Fireproof Cloth Protective clothing Labor Protection Mechanical Arm Protective Sleeve and industrial high-temperature operation protection.After adding aluminum foil coating, the temperature resistance is better and it can prevent UV rays.

Aramid UD Fabric

Aramid UD fabric is a unidirectional structure where the yarns are designed parallel to each other.Aramid UD fabric widely used to make strong vest, helmet, vehicle armor and so on. By integrating Aramid vests, manufacturers can confidently and easily offer enhanced user comfort, and protection against all kinds of fragments, as well as against stabbing with sharp and pointed objects. Protective materials need to absorb kinetic energy in the shortest possible time. Aramid high tenacity, high energy-absorption rate, and high modulus of elasticity allows the rapid dispersion of deformation waves, making it an ideal protective material. The high number of individual filaments in Aramid material also can also improve the synergistic effects. In addition, by making armors lighter and more comfortable, Aramid can significantly improve the user experience of wearing the vest. For different situation, the hierarchy may vary. Generally speaking, 36-48 layers of 200gsm Aramid UD fabric can block 7.62mm. In fact, stopping is not enough to provide good protection. The combination of solid boards and sponges is the minimum safety requirement for body protective vest. The combination of ceramic/SiC/Ai2O3 boards and multi-layer Aramid fabrics will be the best protective equipment, which is the solution for most .

Aramid Woven Fabric
