1) Light in weight, with a density of 1/4 that of steel and 1/2 that of aluminum alloy;
2) High strength, with a tensile strength of over 3500 MPa, which is 10 times stronger than steel;
3) High modulus, with an elastic modulus of over 230 GPa;
4) Resistant to ultra-high temperature, can be used at 2000 ℃ under non oxidizing atmosphere conditions;
5) Low temperature resistance, even at -180 ℃, carbon fibers still have elasticity;
6) Acid resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong durability;
7) Low thermal expansion coefficient, high thermal conductivity, resistant to rapid cooling and heating, and will not explode even when suddenly dropped from a high temperature of 3000 ℃ to room temperature;
8) Good wear resistance;
