Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE)

Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber is also known as high strength high modulus polyethylene fiber. At present, it is the most strongest force chemical fiber. It has high strength, high modulus, low density, abrasion resistant, acid and alkali resistant, UV resistant and other excellent features. Our produced UHMWPE rope’s strength are commensurate with the same diameter wire rope, but the weight is only 1/7 of steel wire rope. The characteristics of high strength and lightweight make it easy to handle, save time and manpower. It is the best choice to use UHMWPE rope in underwater operation because of its density is less than water, the device can be served at any depth area.

Application:
1.Safety protection: bulletproof helmet, bulletproof vest, stab-resistant clothing, shields.
2.Rope: heavy duty rope, salvage rope, tug rope, sailing rope and fishing line etc.
3.Sports goods: special umbrella material, safety helmet, fencing suit, skis, fishing rob, racquet, bike, glide plate, ultra lightweight aircraft parts.
4.Biological material: medical glove, medical suture, dental floss.
