Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) has following feature: high temperature resistant, acid and alkali resistant, sealing, high lubrication, electrical insulation, good anti-aging ability and excellent temperature resistant which can work for long time at +250 degrees to -180 degrees.
Fiberglass
Fiberglass adopt glass ball as raw material that made by high temperature melting, drawing, winding. It is a high performance inorganic non-metallic material. There are several features of fiberglass such as high temperature resistant, thermal insulation, fireproof, flame resistant, Chemical resistant, aging resistant, climate resistant, high strength, smooth, etc.
Application:
Fiberglass fiber braided rope and webbing are suitable for winding high temperature pipe fittings, electric wire, heating elements and cable etc. It mainly play a part in insulation, protection, anti corrosion, thermal insulation.
Polypropylene (PP)
Polypropylene is propylene as raw material which was made by polymerization and melt spinning. It has many advantages, for example, abrasion resistant, chemical resistant, high strength, lightweight, does not absorb water. Polypropylene are widely used in areas such as safety net, industrial cloth, industrial tape, safety belt, cable rope, fishing net, building reinforcing materials.
